Cylinder Less Fire System

TECHNOLOGY

The system consists of a heat sensitive tube made of special plastic which is closed by a stainless steel fitting on each end. The tube has both storage and detection function which means that the extinguishing agent is stored directly in the tube and no additional storage device such as cylinder is needed. The tube rupters between 90ºC - 100ºC temp for panels and max 120ºfor vehicles.

The system is designed for protection of small enclosures with greater risk of fire. It operates automatically without any power supply by detecting higher temperatures. When the temperature in the protected enclosure rises to a critical threshold, the heat sensitive tube melts / ruptures down at the point where the affecting temperature is the highest. Melting of the tube creates a hole releasing the entire extinguishing agent stored in the tube directly onto the source of the fire. OPTIONAL COMPONENTS

Unique construction of the tube allows to connect the pressure switch, which monitors the pressure inside the tube and once the system is discharged the pressure switch sends a signal to signalling unit or to external device to perform other operation(e.g. disconnect the power)

Pressure Switch BC001

Connected to the tube, the pressure switch monitors the pressure and sends a signal in case the pressure drops under pre-set value.

Signaling Unit ASU001

Audio-optical signalling device for application in vehicles, machines or boats. Includes a "ready" control light with a power backup battery.

EXTINGUISHING AGENT

T-Series system uses HFC-227ea and HFC-236fa extinguishing agents. Both extinguishing agents are known and accepted worldwide and are used for volume fire suppression.They are highly effective, zeroo zone depletion and safe for people and electronic components. It is the agent of choice for protection of enclosure where any residue would not cause harm to the protected sensitive devices.
